Gels and Sports Drinks - where do you buy from?

I often order from Amazon.com for clif bars, GU, Hammer Gel or boxes of chomps/beans/etc.   I have it shipped to the US.  MEC (http://www.mec.ca) has some stuff - but not a huge selection.

REI in the states has a large selection.  http://www.performancebike.com is also a great place to order from. My brother has found they ship really fast.

Meijer in the states carries Sport Beans and Power Gel.

You can get them from most of the runnning/cycling stores - but I find that they're very expensive (2-3$ per package). 

I find that the Running Room has a pretty good selection.

I just ordered from Better Health store in the USA enough Clif Blocks ( that I love BTW), for 1/2 price so they came up, including shipping, to just over 1$ US a piece (usually 2.80 to 3.00 each). Bought enough so they only charged me 11.00us on shipping. As well, I use Carboom gels that I find on sale on line usually 1/2 price (usually as soon as the snow flies). Good luck! I recommend that you buy a few options and pick what you really like and by bulk ( usually go in with a few friends) you then save a lot on shipping since the sites are usually based in the states. As for a recovery drink that is worth the shipping, I am still looking for one as it falls under the food supplement and therefore we are charged extra duty on them- not worth it!
