Anybody up for either:

a) easy peasy 6 miles or so through trails of Minooka running

or

b) taking my crummy MTB to whitnall park for some riding around the trails there up to crystal ridge etc

630am ish.  oh, and i am sleeping in tomorrow, so dont even think about suggesting anything.

it will be the weekend prior to lakefront...  so thinking something in the 8-10 range...  probably keeping it in the 7:20s... but also tossing in some 20-30 sec strides every 5 minutes or so...  to get the legs turning a little..

probably do it on sunday...  because the badgers play early on sat...  so will have to leave for madtown fairly early...  and its me and the mrs.' anniv. on saturday...  and she's a lot cuter than you are...!!!

I'm planning on a 20 mile run Saturday morning.  What, you wussy Ironman FINISHERS can't handle that? I guess my way leads to much shorter recovery time.

I'm running 15-16 at 7:40 pace this Sunday - I'm up for the 8-10 next Sunday if you end up doing it.

I could do the sunday run but I need to be home by 7:30 AM.

There are no mountains in Wisconsin, so why do you have a mountain bike?
