Subject: RE: Adding my own training planYes, there are 3 ways to create a plan via your 'planned training' log. 1 - You do it just like your 'Actual' log, but via the planned blog or calendar views. 2 - You use our 'plan creator' and create the plan day-by-day. Once done you import it into your training log and can reuse this plan. Details. 3 - You can import it via CSV (like an Excel spreadsheet format ) *For 2 and 3, there is no way at the moment to have multiple trisports (2 bikes in one day for example ) in the plan. To get around this you can add them directly to your planned blog/calendar after you have created and imported your plan via method 2 or 3. |
