Subject: Ride with George Hincapie

Anyone go on the ride this morning? It only rained about the first 15 miles, if that. No wind, humid. It was a good ride. I clocked about 2:17:35'ish @ 41 and some change miles. 18 mph avg for the group. It looked like over 100 cyclists. I didn't get a head count from the Nashville Tri Club folks. I heard that over 200 registered (it was free).

Friend of mine did it, and went to dinner tonight as well. pretty cool.. had some stuff with the kiddos so I passed on this one.. I need to get to the MTB trail if i'm going to do the Jailbreak!
