Subject: olympic in 1 week, not sure if rest or no rest any advice?I have an olympic race in 1 week. but i am currently working on my HIM race plan; race is only 6 weeks away. so every minute counts as i am trying to get my body accustomed to the longer race. anyways, my plan is calling for some long long runs this week. 1 hr 45 min and 1 hr 20 min. these are the longest runs so far in the 12 week HIM bridge i am doing, should i shorten these workouts before the race or just HTFU and do the full workouts and race a little sore? |
