What would you do differently?: Keep running through cramps and not pay attention to each quarter mile marker. ![]() Post race
Warm down: stretch and drink beer What limited your ability to perform faster: shin splints and cramps. my arms kept falling asleep too Event comments: Deger was a great support. He kept pushing me to try harder and not to walk. He also commented that I looked like a pile of concrete, whcih was how I felt. I'm going to try to stay relaxed for the bar run.
