Subject: Gear Replacement Notification
The gear replacement notification doesn't appear in the monthly calendar view.  My shoes are near replacement and there is a little notice in the blog view but not the calendar.  Should it show up in the calendar view as well?

The Calendar view wasn't designed with a Gear Alert section.  I'm not sure where we'd put it.

The Equipment Tracker in settings says it should show up in the blog and calendar.  Sounds like it would be easier to edit the equipment tracker.
