Hey Mike or Ron,

I have been uploading my 305 data fine into BT. I got a new 310xt for Xmas and can't get it to upload. I did go to Garmin site to make sure I have the most up to date program for Garmin uploads.

What happens is when I click get data, the blue bar on the transfer is complete either moves part way or not at all and then it will say transfer is complete but no drop down appears to select the run I want to upload. It stays at get data as the drop down option.

Hi Kathy, that's a new one. Did you upgrade Garmin Communicator and your 310 firmware?

I had this issue, but it turns out its just wicked slow...like after the transfer completes (it says 100%) you just have to sit there and wait another minute or so. THis may not be your issue but I thought i'd share since I thought the same thing you did when I first uploaded from a 310xt and realized it was just this.
