Comments: It overall just felt like a good run. Greg was there to set the pace and we did not push myself over the limit. As soon as we were done though, I definitely felt like I didn't have too much left. What would you do differently?: Nothing, good run. ![]() Post race

I tried to go to bed at a decent time 10:30. But it didn't really matter, I ended up waking up at 3:30am and couldn't go back to sleep for an hour, then woke up again at 5:30. I ate some cereal, no coffee this time.
I arrived early and it was freezing outside. I decided to stay in the car until about 10 minutes before race start. Stretched briefly and got ready to run!
