Multisport in London is FIST certified.

I'm going to recommend (based on personal experience) Jeff at All Seasons in London.  He's not FIST certified - but he is awesome.  He's been in the industry for years, will take into account what you're training for, what your current fitness level is and what it is you need.  I spent 3 hours there with him and it was informative as well as an excellent fit.  He won't try to sell you a lot of parts but will try to get you the best possible fit for you.

I got my bike fit at Multisport Zone last summer and am currently being coached by Jeff there (doing my first IM).  I am 100% happy with my fit and they are at most of the HSBC series races so if there is something you want tweaked and are going to be at a race, they could probably do it there instead of trecking back to London - they guarantee their fit, so if something doesn't feel right they will fix it for free.

I believe Reynolds in London also does bike fitting, but I'm not sure if it is FIST certified.

Just an FYI - All Seasons has shut down.  I know that the mechanic from there is now at MSZ, not sure if their Jeff is the same as the MSZ Jeff though.

I was just going to mention that All Seasons is gone. 

Jeff at MSZ is not the same Jeff that was at All Seasons.  All Season's Jeff is apparently doing some bike fitting still, just not at his store (since it is gone!) Can't think of the name of the place he is at, but can find it if you are interested.

Jeff is at Retul on Waterloo St. doing bike fits.  Tracked him down today.
