Subject: Import a Plan .csv stripping out the "minutes"

I've successfully imported my training plan via a csv file before however this time all the numeric values are getting stripped out of the import.  Comments are staying in tact.  I prepared the csv file with MS Excel if that matters.  Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
