Subject: Strength Training excercises in Tri plan only show up in planned, but not as "template" in actual?
Hey there fellow BTer's
I'm using the couch to Tri plan and it includes two strength training workouts a week. These are detailed in the "planned strength" section on my blog/plan - but when I go to "actual strength" or "actual" there is just generic strength training info - the specific excercises aren't there and it says "no template saved"

I'd assumed that the plans "planned strength" would show up  "pre-entered" execpt for weight and reps - in the "actual" page -  and I would just enter reps and weight that I actually do.

Do I actually have to manually enter the name of each exercise every time I strength train? Or am I being dumb and missing something?

It IS the day before my first strength workout so maybe it doesn't show up ready to be "actual-ed" until the actual date of the workout? hmmm.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The exercises are listed in your Planned Training log.  You can enter them once and then create a template of the workout, which will enable you to just select the template to log all of the exercises at once.
