Subject: New 310xt user.....having a sync issueJust did my first workout with my new 310 and I can't seem to get the watch to sync with the usb drive. I have done all of the software upgrades that I think I am supposed to be doing and I have enabled it on the watch, but when I go to upload information, it just says "No device found". Has anyone else had this happen?? Any advice or should I get Garmin support involved but last time I used them it took awhile for them to get back to me on my 305. BTW: I love the new watch, as it seems much smaller than the 305. |
