Does anyone know if there is a way to merge an Excel spreadsheet (Columns for name, title, email, organization) into a one or two-page list? As in, two columns of:

FName LName
Organization
Title
Email

FName LName
Organization
Title
Email

. . . and so on?

I'm familiar with mail merge where each row becomes its own page, but don't know how to merge it into a condensed document.

Merge it from two Excel files or into a Word file?

What is the source?

If you are looking to make a row into a column (highlight and click copy (ctrl C) move cursor to cell you want, click on edit, paste special and then choose transpose

Does it need to be in Word as part of a larger document?  If so, I would get it into the format you want for Excel and then just copy paste into Word as a table

Set up the table in a word document like you need in one column with the field values you are looking for (same as mail merge), format the document to two columns and then copy / paste the table with a space between each table down the page in both columns

Mail Merge in Word, without the page breaks?  Let the wizard create the mail merge document, then delete the page break?
