Subject: Chat window no longer works
Recently, if I enter the BT chat room, the main text part works, but the part at the bottom where you enter text and the part to the right side where you see who is logged in, don't load. The window is useless except to see what everyone else types.

I've cleared all the cookies off my computer, I've reloaded java and flashplayer and it still does this. Any idea what's causing this?

We've got a bunch of people in there right now. It's got to be related to the Flash installation on your computer. 

Try clearing all temp files etc from your browser. If you're running Windows, I recommend CCleaner for tidying that stuff up.

I uninstalled Flashplayer and Flashplayer plugin. I ran CC cleaner, then re-installed flashplayer. It still does the same thing.

Is it possible my company is blocking something that makes this part not work?

Possibly. We haven't made any changes to the chat application, so whatever has changed is most likely on your end.  If your corporate IT has a habit of blocking specific sites and types of apps this could be the case.

My company computer is a laptop and I took it home tonight and tried again. From home it works fine. So it has to be the company blocking it now. Thanks for the help.
