Short day for me today. I'm leaving at 11 to go home and get my run in, then shower up and head to the meet and greet at my hopefully new place of employment.

Enjoy the run (this weather is begging for it) and GOOD LUCK on the meet and great!!!! 

Morning gang.  Got a nice swimmy in this morning.  Now off to pack, pick up the cup cakes for the birthday girl and hit the road. I'm guessing I'll be needing an escape from too much fandamily drama tonight and will check in then to see what kind of trouble you guys find today.

I have my endocrinologist appt this afternoon. I can't eat anything until after  the appt. I was going to run this morning but I am going to have to wait until later and do it on the tread mill after eating something.

Melindy, SEND THAT RAIN HERE, right this minute. Still no rain and no rain predicted for at least the next week. DAM. It is tough watching things die.
