50 hours of cycling.

That's some pretty big T.I.T.S.

I can't believe I just made that goal. That's a ridiculous number of hours.

But it doesn't seem that much. I'm cycling well over an hour most days. Okay, well, that does add up then. I think?

I'm going to get about 4.5 miles in tonight, then I have a lunch time run with a group tomorrow, aiming for 6 plus through lunch.
Off to Amsterdam Thursday, so may have to run early morning here, then anyone know good routes in Amsterdam?

Swimming.....4x a week.....someone keep me from going completely mad.  It is all I am allowed for a few more weeks. My PT said MAYBE on the stationary gym bikes in a couple weeks.  That made my day.

Yeah, I found a sure fire way to guarantee a stitch. Let my son pick the evening meal, surprise, he wants to order pizza as "he never gets to do that". But it was first day of school surprise.Consume pizza, add some boneless wings, drink only 4 cups of coffee all day, then within an hour of the pizza, go do the evening run.I haven't had a stitch in 3 plus years......anyone say complacent? I could think of more words for it but the thread would be pulled. Still got the 4.5 miles in :-)Queenzipp, sucks only swimming for the next couple of weeks, Do you miss the bike or running more? I would miss the bike for sure.

I love the run.....love, love, love the run....but with the gastrocs tear I am only whining a little bit about missing the run.  I really miss my bike cause the gastrocs didn't bother me on the bike unless I went crazy climbing or really pushing the speed.

Thing is, I tolerate the swim on a good day.  I would use my forced swim focus to work the other strokes some (and not burn out my shoulders) but......breast stroke kick isn't a good one to do these days  and I can only do fly with fins which probably aren't a good idea.

Good morning everyone! It looks like most of you do your posting in the evening while I do most of mine in the morning. I haven't been out training much lately. I'm trying to motivate myself to get out the door after being in the hospital last month. I definitely need to get out today. My neighbor is trying to get me back on the bike but I'm feeling more like running myself.

Morning all.....had a good sleep after the bad run last night, had a relaxed late start in the office so I'm ready for the lunch time run.  hope to go out for at least 6 today.

off on travels tomorrow, should be an interesting challenge to get the runs in over the next 5 days, but I will try to do at least a short run each day.

for a chatty team, we kind of aren't.......chatty that is LOL--we're still on page ONE?!? how is that possible?
i haven't been out yet, here's what sucks, EVERYWHERE in this whole entire state right now, it's raining, EXCEPT here!! this is so annoying!! i'm probably the ONLY person in washington that loves running in the rain, and HERE at my home is the only place that's it's SUNNY. ridiculous.
as soon as my hubs comes back from his walk, i'm heading out for a run, hoping to hit that three mile mark today--i'm already almost at 15% for the month!
here's the other thing that sucks. i just had a baby, and i'm trying to run my baby weight off, but i'm all jiggly, and i don't love it. AND i'm nursing, so i'm carting around two big tanks of milk with me on every run. how i long to be small and boob-less again!! LOL

We're not very chatty for a chatty team, but we still have twice the posts of the other team.

Awwww honey!!! You are a serious HTFUer. Well done.

I took a medication once that had a VERY RARE side effect listed as: breast enlargement and lactation. Weeeell wouldn't you know it Ms. Very Rare here ... anyhow, I remember running and OW OW OW. Glub glub glub. So super kudos.

No cycling today--travel day from Bali to Jakarta, then lots of quality time with Mom. Tomorrow, T.I.T.S.

Got my 2 1/2 hours of sleep this morning (from 6 am - 8:30 am). The rest of the time has been spent working or in meetings. I was hoping to leave after my 1:00 meeting and get a run in before taking a nap but they've scheduled another meeting for tomorrow morning that I have to get ready for. To think that last week I was looking for something to do.

Alyssa and Judi--home schooling--you two are all kinds of awesome!!! In addition to being ... awesome!!!

Home in Jakarta for massive holidays, think Thanksgiving+Christmas/winterhols+New Year's all wrapped up into one giant ball of wicked fun insanity.

Still squeezing in bike time here and there. Will redouble my efforts once back in Bali.

Paul, I'm gonna be getting about as much sleep as you today ... if that ... nice to see yoU!~

Wow. Yesterday was a busy day for this chatty group. We had six posts. If we had that for each day we would be on page 3 by now. And here I was thinking the Ghoulies are having a slow month since they only have 22 pages so far this month.
