Get a trainer. I've only had mine for about a month and I love it. Can't believe I didn't have one before!

Do you have access to a gym with a spin bike? The workouts I set up in the program with the trainer are key workouts - so, what are your other options? Borrow? Gym? Purchase?

I like your advice - straight to the point! On another note, I used to eat Chipolte all the time until I found out they fry the rice in oil, which is why it tastes so good! So, pretty fattening stuff, stay away if you can! Sorry to rain on your parade. :-(

So it will be better for me if I skip the rice...got it.

I really do try to stay away. I justify it because I put chicken in it and I don't eat enough meat. Not a good reason, but oh well.

I still suggest a trainer, but the spin bikeĀ at the gym is good too. That can get boring though. At home you can watch movies, tv, etc.

ok - you can skip the rice - you are right :-)

Also if you are lacking PRO use some WHEY from Hammer Nutrition - 29g in each scoop, I usually do one scoop in soy milk before bed when I am training hard.

But I am already skipping the torilla, beans, cheese and sour cream.

Anyway. For trainer, is there a brand/model that you like? I think eventually I will need one for winter because I won't be able to make it to spinning class at the gym.

Why skip cheese and beans? If you are female you need the PRO - don't skip that stuff. :-)

Trainers: The best is the Compu trainer ~$1200 - has courses, watts, pedaling efficiency etc. if that is not in the budget look at Kinetic trainers:

The Road machine is the quietest one they have. Hope this helps!
