On another note, I used to eat Chipolte all the time until I found out they fry the rice in oil, which is why it tastes so good! So, pretty fattening stuff, stay away if you can! Sorry to rain on your parade. :-( So it will be better for me if I skip the rice...got it. I really do try to stay away. I justify it because I put chicken in it and I don't eat enough meat. Not a good reason, but oh well. I still suggest a trainer, but the spin bikeĀ at the gym is good too. That can get boring though. At home you can watch movies, tv, etc. |
