BT is an amazing resource, but there are SO many features that it can be hard to get to know them all. I bet there are tons of features that many of you don't even know about! For that reason, I will be starting a "BT Feature of the Week" thread soon and would love to know what you would like help with the most. I have included some options, but feel free to add your own. I suggest you ask this question in the Triathlon Talk forum...lots of people will be willing to help. In general, her normal breakfast 2 hours before the race if she can, and maybe a gel or some Gatorade 30 minutes before the start.
possums suggestions for marm & ron I second..as well as a simpler way to uplaod photos.. as far as features I know it took me a while to use strength training one..and it still feels a bit cumbersome..
