Merging plans...

Can you be more specific about the result you're looking for? Which parts of which plans do you want to keep?

I would love to have both plans overlapping each other and then be able to go in and remove duplicate workouts... but at this point I think I could just keep the HM plan as is and import the biking portion of the Duathlon plan... make sense? Is there a better way? Thanks in advance!

Importing just the cycling part of the Duathlon plan over the HM plan would be your best bet.

What about this disclaimer... I don't want to lose the customized HM plan I built... 

Importing this plan will overwrite your Planned Training data for the date range above. Data outside of this date range will not be affected. 

Before I try this.. can anyone confirm that I won't lose my current plan?

As long as you 'deselect' the 'run' checkbox on the import screen for the duathlon plan, it will not copy over your existing runs.

You can also 'copy' your current HM plan and put it in 2012 as a backup if you want to feel safe.
