Subject: Weigh in WednesdayLiving in the northeast, my tri season is about five month away I'm about 30 pounds from where I'd like to be. Unfortunately I've tacked on about 15 pounds since the end of the last tri season. It is easier to slip up when I'm not making myself accountable for my weight gain/loss/maintenance. I've been avoiding the scale lately and when I have stepped on it, it is depressing to see how easily I'm gaining the weight this fall.
So in an attempt to make myself accountable, I'll be posting my weight every Wednesday. Knowing that I have to be put the number out there for everyone to see might be the kick in the pants I need to get to my goal weight.
If anyone wants to join me, feel free.
