Ghoulies are getting stronger hearts, bodies, and minds in January!

My right shoulder is killing me. I'm not sure how many times I fell yesterday, and I did take some nasty spills, but I thought my butt and hip would hurt the worst. I can barely lift my arm. My bicep, triceps, deltoids, and a few smaller muscles are just killing me. I want to try snowboarding again though.

I did it. I polar plunged.

That was COLD. water temp 36 degrees. Hope I don't get pneumonia out of the deal. Now I am snuggling and napping until time for New Years dinner with friends.

So what's this month's challenge exactly?

I remember being crazy sore like that when I first tried skiing.  Well, it wasn't so much skiing as it was me tumbling down the hill with skis attached to my feet.  And afterwards I was itching to try it again too.

Something along the lines of strength and core training. Or it could also be serving me icy cold drinks wearing only your tri shorts. You decide. 

Just got back from the volcano ride!!! Yay! So tired now...up at 2:50am...Didn't get to sleep till 1am...New Year's Party below us...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I did...I fell asleep down at the cabana and woke up because the circulation to my arm was cut off. Haha. Hopefully I won't pay for my sleeping with a burn on my back later!

Ok...I did a quick post with some pictures on my other blog because it was easier to do it there than here.

I'll eventually get around to putting them up on FB! Haha.

Greetings Ghouligans! Nice pics Melindy. Hope you are all having a terrific weekend. We had major drama in the pool this morning. I missed it as it was on the other end, but heard about it afterwards. Woman tried to get in and share a lane with a guy who got really nasty about it. Lifeguard didn't handle it well and the woman wound up crying in the locker room. This guy is always an A$$ and I let the life guard know it. (Not sure how he's missed it, but that shows how much he's watching what's going on.) Anyhow, I know which lane I'll be swimming in next Sunday. And, I'll be inviting all my pool princess friends to join me and circle swim.  And I think we'll be doing fist drills. Frankly, they really just need to get the guy's name and ban him from the pool for a bit. Sigh. 

Good evening ghoulies!  I'm kinda feeling like a triathlete today.  I swam, biked, and ran today.  Crazy!

Well I am ready to go out...I had to get ready early because my brother takes FOREVER to get ready...I'm not even joking. Only took me 40min...takes him almost an HOUR!? What exactly is taking so long? Please enlighten me.

I can be free next Sunday to come swim, Kim. You know I'm not supposed to swim alone, so a group swim would be good for me. I haven't been in a pool for awhile, so there may be a lot of flailing and such.
