Subject: Not saving Lap data via Garmin Download
I have had this happen 3 times now....I go to load data from my FR60 and it takes all the info EXCEPT the lap data.  The system then tells me to contact Support.  Please let me know if this is me or the site.   Thansk !!

I had the same thing happen tonight.  I've had other download issues with my 305, but it's cause of too many files in the history.  This is the first time I've received the "contact BT support."

It appears to have fixed itself.....I just re-loaded the missing lap data and site took it.  All is well now.
