Run
Comments: Very Hilly. Start was tough. It was hard to navigate around people. What would you do differently?: Train on Hills Post race
Warm down: Stretched. Jogged back through the course to find my mother (who was walking) to finish the race again with her. What limited your ability to perform faster: Two factors: 1. I have not trained running hills. 2. Navigating around people at the start. Event comments: Even if the course had not been a great run course, I would still do the race again. It is for a great cause. My Rankings: OA - 650/914 Female - 370/500 AG - 65/80 Last updated: 2005-08-15 12:00 AM

Nothing. I didn't want to drink any water before the race because I didn't want to feel full. I didn't eat any breakfast because I knew the race was short and I would have time afterward to replenish.
I did a little bit of stretching. We had to park a half mile away...I guess that walk could've counted as a warm-up.
