Subject: Smithfield Sprint Triathlon : Official Thread
The season starts Saturday... who's ready!?  I've only done P90X for the past month, and only some trainer rides before that.  Just an experiment.  Looks like it may rain and be cool - mid 40's to low 50's.

well bro.. i ran it last year..

it sucked getting out of the pool (86 degrees) to running into muddy cold conditions.. riding avg 19-20mph in to headwind on back stretch..

im registered.. so chances are i will be there..
