Subject: Creating a program...Instead of using the program/plan builder, I THOUGHT I would use something that I was more comfortable with and thought would work... I put in 16 weeks of planned workouts in my planned workout section of BT. I want to export or turn those 16 weeks into a program/plan so I can repeat it in the future if I want. How do I turn Dec, 20 201 - April 10, 2011 in my planned workouts to a 16 week program/plan? RESOLVED. I exported my planned workouts to an excel file then imported it back in as a plan.
