Subject: 0 workouts found - garmin upload

I have had problems uploading 2 workouts from garmin. They are showing on the garmin site fine. And the time zone on beginner triathlete is correct.

I have a swim on 22nd April but when I try to upload that into beginner triathlete, it says 0 workouts found for 4/22/2011.

I have reinstalled the garmin communicator, and also checked that garmin ant is up to date. The date on my computer is also correct.

Please help!!!

some more info - It does however upload today's session fine. Go figure.

Wonder if you found a solution? I am having this problem today on both Daily Mile and BT and I can't even get the Communicator to "see" the new workout, though it is right there in my history on the watch. I'm using a 610, if that helps.

The 610 is not on our list of supported devices.

Garmin changed the way workouts are stored and processed with units released after the 310xt. This requires an entirely new uploading and processing program on our end. It is currently being worked on and we're shooting for a late July release.

OK, so I take it my 405 wouldn't be much better, then? For what it's worth, I've been uploading just fine off the 610 until today, so I guess I'll just count those as gravy.

The 405 will work, it's on our list of supported devices.

Ok, I was wrong. As the 610 is a new product from Garmin I assumed that like the other devices released after the 310xt that it only created.FIT files.  Turns out that like the 310xt, it also creates .tcx files so it's compatible with our application.

So...back to square one.  It could be a corrupt file.

In Win 7, look in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GARMIN\Devices\serial number\History

In XP look in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\GARMIN\Devices\serial number\History

Try clearing the files from that directory, record another workout and upload it.
