Better warm up to get the blood flowing. Mile one felt very uneven.

I need to train a longer distances - I ran almost the furthest distance I've ever run.

ps just want you to know that these 5K race reports are a great inspiration to me. I can't wait until I can run one. Never in my whole life did I think I would be saying that.
