Subject: BT kicks me out when with Safari

Having issues when using BT with Safari.

It keeps logging me out, and I am unable to log back in.

What gives?

Most likely a problem with the login cookie. Try clearing all cookies from the browser. Also make sure the computer's date setting is correct.

I would if I knew how.........must ask my son how to clear cookies!

 

It is odd that it just started happening though. I have been using Safari for years.

 

ETA I just tried clearing the "cache". Is this what you meant?

It did not work.

I log in....it accepts my log in....and then a few seconds later i get the logon page again. Grrrrrrrr.

I figured it out, removed the cookies, and so far so good.
