Extreme Veteran ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() This month the Crushers are bringing you the battle of up to 4 goals. Team lines have been drawn as boys versus girls. Rules: ~There will be 2 teams boys and girls - if you need assistance deciding which team you belong to, ask your Mum ~Each participant can pick up to 4 goals, minimum of 1 goal to participate, 4 maximum. Goals can be anything triathlon related, examples of which could include but not limited to swimming, riding, running, weights, nutrition, sleep, races, gel consumption, leg waxes, bike purchases, snaps of elastic laces into your sister's arm etc ~Teams members will set a goal for the sport in yards, sessions, minutes, miles, km, etc ~The team with the highest percentage of goals completed wins, all goals are weighted equally ~ Maximum of 105% allowed on any single goal, spreadsheets will be adjusted if required. This month's going to be a busy one for me. I'm moving in with my fiance and starting a new job. I'm currently working on Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred DVD and will start running and biking tomorrow. Goals: 28 Workout DVD sessions (24 days left of the 30 day shred!) 14 run sessions 13 bike sessions |
