Subject: Garmin Communicator Crashed
I keep getting this message when I attempt to update my training log.  Any suggestions?

First thing I would do is uninstall and reinstall Garmin Communicator

Did that last night, no help.  Also just installed the latest update on the 310XT so all history was deleted.  I was having this problem prior to the update as well.

What browser are you using?  Does it matter if you try another one?  Does the same thing happen on the Garmin Connect site?

I'm using Explorer.  It loads fine to Garmin Connect.  It's done this before and someone on BT gave me advise on which files to delete from my computer.  Something about the program trying to read all saved files until it finds the one that matches the date selected.

Typing out the last response helped.  I did a c drive search for "garmin" and found a bunch of files.  Found the one with ALL of my workouts from the last 6 months or so.  Selected everything prior to the 1st of July and deleted those files.  Went to my training log and everything worked great.
