Subject: RE: a new challenge Get one of the more conservative plans and find the week that has approximately the times your doing right now. Start there and work toward the end. Sounds like your biking is coming along well !! Find an experienced swimmer, coach, college swimmer, etc to give you some tips on technique. A coach at the local high school attends our church and is going to come to one of our group practices. I know it will help a lot. Also...read, read, read. I've learned a lot here and from some good tri books ("Swim, Bike, Run" by Hobson. )
