Pre-race routine:

the usual. woke up and had a peanut butter bagel while driving to the race. drank some gatorade and had a clif bar while setting up transition. hammer gel just before start.

Warm down:

walked around and drank alot. felt pretty loose. waited for my mom to finish and jogged out to meet her. ran with her for a bit and then went to the finish.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

late season lack of training. bought a house, painted for a week, moved a week before the race. too busy and tired from all the excitement around the move.
