Garmin Forerunner 305 w/HR monitor - $150, foot pod/QR kit $50

i bought my 305 at around this price, and have used it for 2.5 yrs, and i ABSOLUTELY love it.  And costs about 1/2 the price of the next levelup 310xt.  Tons of settings... I love the virtual runner feature, keeps me on pace. 

i also recently bought a bike cadence/speed sensor thru Amazon for half of what my LBS wanted.  The actual store is called GPS City.  That is an extra accessory that anyone with a wrist mounted GPS would want to add.  I never used the footpod but sometimes I wish I had it when running on the dreadmill, but then, I don't run indoors so much as to warrant ny buying it.

Not to rain on your parade but you can purchase a Garmin 305 w/HR at amazon for $139.00 & this includes a warranty; so you might want to consider lowering your price.  Unfortunately you will almost never recoup what you purchased it for.  On the bright side:  I already own one & this is by far the best piece of equipment you can get.  Good luck with your sale.
