arg, I don't drink, but damnit I want to go out. i want to go out dancing SO FREAKING BADLY. I HATE dancing, but I really really want to go out. I sat here and did math homework and read communication journals all night. Tomorrow I've got a 10 K run in store for myself, so tonight I wanna have fun. GAAAAAAAAAH!

Well, we split one bottle of wine over three hours....not exactly tearin' it up, but still at least I got a damn good backrub, some nice local wine, listened to some excellent techno, and had lots of political debate/talk.
Home and in bed for enough energy for tomorrow...all is well!

See in the old days when I was a party girl, I'd spend all my energy on partying. Now, I put it into workouts. Been sick for a week, have nothing to do, reverting to the old ways! Well, not exactly....home before last call that's for sure! This is progress! Sorry, just venting to those who know what all I have at stake. I have plenty of "tri ho's" as I call them - people who will come with me to events/morally support me, but nobody who does this too.

So you know, *snif*... I love you, man.
