I tried and I tried to talk her into it, to the point where I offered to drop the bet and slow down to her pace, but the shame was too much for her... - so we drank VO and seven, ate sushi and studiously ignored the fact that if the race had been run, Welshy would have been triumphant! |

So that is the story, not very exciting for those wanting to keep up with the competition, but there will be others, don't worry. We had a good run, then Welshy fell and I ran stairs.
