Where are the race reports from comet and welshy on this race. The prerace smack was terrific but we need more than a bloody knee picture for closure on this. Haley, your fans want the whole story.

I hear-tell that they both got too drunk the night before and neither of them ran the race.  At least that is what a little birdy told me...

SSSSssssshhhhhhhhuuuuuuuuuusssssssshhhhhhhh.....

Haley, after having a severe case of "Oh my sweet god in heaven what have I gotten myself into? I can't possibly beat Welshy!!!!!!" chickened out. I tried and I tried to talk her into it, to the point where I offered to drop the bet and slow down to her pace, but the shame was too much for her...

- so we drank VO and seven, ate sushi and studiously ignored the fact that if the race had been run, Welshy would have been triumphant!

What I heard was that Welshy's package was found to be suspicious, and it caused a reroute of the course making it an 11.3 miler instead of a 10 miler. Therefore, the government-approved safe distance from the wahoo is now officially1.3 miles.

It wasn't the Wahoo, it was the internal struggle not to answer the Wahoo's siren call that caused yon maiden to loose the contentens of her stomach....

Yes, I decided to censor myself. Yes, it may be hard to believe, but inappropriate things go through my head that I don't post.

So that is the story, not very exciting for those wanting to keep up with the competition, but there will be others, don't worry. We had a good run, then Welshy fell and I ran stairs. We both wish we had gone to the race though.

I used to be such a sweet girl. Oh, those many days ago, before I stumbled on to BT....

Oh, and Comet, I'm glad you like the Sushi...that all part of my grand plan...suggest a dinner locale that would knock you two out for the race, thus allowing me to win by default. It wasn't pretty, but it worked!

And, Stake? Shhhhhhh! If we're going to start spilling secrets, that could get messy...
