I finally got back in the pool after two weeks off due to a cold. They had the temp WAY up as it I felt like I was being cooked. At first I thought I was dyding from the time off but the guy in the next lane told me it was the heat. I got the first 15 in before I died. You'll get the rest today. What I don't get is why would they have the pool temp so high?!

I'm pretty sure it's to encourage microbial growth.

Yeah that just what I need after two weeks of cough up lung chunks - to swim in a cesspool of germs - hey maybe that is how I lost all my hair!

I hope by some fluke the temp in my pool way down today. I plan on breaking in my full wetsuit today.
