Hi Sarah,

Just west of you there is a Triathlon Group "Fletcher's Meadow Cross Trainers" out of Brampton.

I am a member and I must say it has been a great experience thus far....

The Fletcher's Meadow Cross Trainers are an athletics group that was created in June of 2003. The purpose of creating this community group was quite simple. Fletcher's Meadow is located in North West Brampton close to the beautiful Niagara Escarpment in a highly residential area where there are many people who are interested in group training to benefit their health and well being.
