No apologies necessary, he's not my President, either. As for the makeup, in the 80's (yeah, baby), I wore a ton of makeup - to accompany my Pat Benetar hair. As I got older, I came to realize I was trying to hide behind a mask because I didn't have any self confidence. I'm not anti-makeup, I think it's OK to try to look your best, but now that I'm more comfortable in my own skin, I've got it down to a bare minimum, and certainly NEVER when working out! Funny thing, for Halloween I was a Harley slut, and I had to pile on the makeup - right back to the amount I wore in the 80's! |
