I just got out of an interview, (who schedules an interview at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon...that's a whole other conversation....) and I started sweating like crazy during the interview! All I could think about was getting out of the room so I wasn't close to people. It's one thing to sweat while working out but in a stuffy, hot conference room is another thing. I noticed one guy pushed his chair back so then I started worring that I was stinking. Glad to be out of there!

I can't help you with the deodorant thing, since I rarely wear any, and when I do it's usually that Dove stuff they put in the tri goodie bags.

But I do hope your interview went well!

The Natural Crystal. Looks like a big piece of salt. Love it! I spend a lot of time in and out of the car, carrying samples and such. Hasn't failed me yet (where others HAVE) - even in Florida in August. Good luck!

CertainDri is really good. It can be a little hard to find. Bigger grocery or drug stores in nicer neighborhoods seem more likely to have it. I take it out of the roll-on bottle and put it in a little spritzer. Anyway, the stuff will totally keep your pits from sweating. As far as the rest of your body, if you are clean and your clothes are clean and you've been drinking enough water, your sweta won't smell much at all. That incredible sweat reflex just shows that you are a true athlete.

I second Certain Dri as a very sweaty woman. The only thing is that it doesn't have a smell, so you can get a little "essence" going on. I usually just put on some perfume and i'm good.

I'm trying out Adidas 24 Control Absorbent Deo Wetness Control and it seems to be working pretty well.

Several years ago I had a sweating problem, riding in the car, full sweat, have no idea why. Talked to my aunt who had the same thing. My gyno gave me a prescription for a roll on drug, used it every other day for about a week or 2, now--once a month or every 2 months. Never had a sweating problem again. Its called hyperhydrosis I think.

I use the Adidas cool gel. I've always preferred gels over powder and I picked that brand up in the store one day because it was a special 50% more free. I've been buying it ever since.

By the way, I hope you got the job!!

I sweat a lot too...I don't know if it's a sweating problem or a body temperature problem. I am just always HOT. Like, I'll be sitting at work wearing a sleeveless shirt and comfortable, while all the other girls around me are in their suits and freezing!! I rarely ever my my suit jacket and when indoors, I can't even think of wearing a long-sleeve blouse under my suit jacket. And, I can never wear sweaters! It's been that way since I was 13 or so. Just always hot and, consequently, sweating. But I get the red face, thirst, tiredness, headache, etc. that comes with being hot too. Oh well.
