Taco Bell is offering one, just wondering if a Chipolte original is better  (I know it should be better)....but I'm a pilgrim living in the great northwest where we don't have access to quality south of the border food?

What should I order?  I'm going to Seattle/Bellvue on the 26th to pic up my marathon package.

I am flattered you think so highly of me.

First of all, is this going to be the day before your marathon? I wouldn't try some new food the day before. Word of warning from someone who has been there.

While I do not frequent that establishment (not a big fan of fast food), I am taking your inquiry seriously and did some research on the Bell's website. It seems 'eatable' on the website, however I am hesitant to say it will be anything like a fresh burrito from Chipotle, or the mothership Freebirds. Taco Bell is still fast food and the ingredients just won't be as fresh. I say try it, why not, especially if you like Taco Bell. I know people who really do like the things on their menu.

Edit: after further research, the Seattle area does have Qdoba. This will be an acceptable substitue for Chipotle or Freebirds. Look up their locations and try there if one is nearby.

Anyone had one of their menus?

I can't believe you have 3005 posts.  Such a fraud.

Hey Haley, I have had Qdoba (we have them here in Nashville) and while it is good it is not up to Chipotle standards but if I had Taco Bell or Qdoba to chose from I would chose Qdoba.

O.k. Here is the deal with Qdoba. They are a chipolte knock off. (I should know, my cousin started the chain here in Denver, and took me to Chipolte to show me what they were doing before their restaurant opened). They even hired a bunch of Chipolte's staff for thier first location. I'd say their meats are not nearly as good, but their salsa's rock. Also their cilantro lime rice isn't as good. Chipolte still rocks as #1. But I've never had Freebirds.

If it wasn't for Qdoba or Zuma/Z-teca (two previous names), Chipolte probably would never have franchised the way they did.

Hey Spence,

There is two Chipotle's in the seattle area. One in the U district and one in Bellevue. You should definately check it out! I go there all the time since I live near the U district. I could give good directions if you need them.
