Subject: New and need advise.
I'm very new to all this, started last night just to see where I was at as far as conditioning. I went to the gym, and was able to ride the bike for 10 miles (29 minutes) Level 7 and ran 4 min, walk 1 min for 2 miles. Didn't swim, will do that tonight. I'm hoping to do my first Tri in late spring early summer (if I can find one around here). Any suggestions on what training plan. I'm thinking my first Tri will be a sprint. Thanks

You can probably start, or soon start any of the sprint programs at http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/index.asp?catid=28  There is a lot of variation...michael pates total sprint is a good builder.  Perhaps try any of the '2x' programs to get started.  Maybe the 20 week 2x sprint can take you near race day.

Another options if you want specific workout details is starting the winter sprint maintenance at http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=645 after you are done with that you can tack on one of the 12 week sprint plans to race day. 

You will have to play around with when your race is as to how to work the plans specifically.
