Subject: New and need advise. I'm very new to all this, started last night just to see where I was at as far as conditioning. I went to the gym, and was able to ride the bike for 10 miles (29 minutes ) Level 7 and ran 4 min, walk 1 min for 2 miles. Didn't swim, will do that tonight. I'm hoping to do my first Tri in late spring early summer (if I can find one around here ). Any suggestions on what training plan. I'm thinking my first Tri will be a sprint. Thanks |
