Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before thanksgiving planning to run 7.2, 8.4 and 11 miles to make it a full marathon worth of running. That should let me eat all the Turkey I want--GUILT FREE!

Who's in?

Ah, see I'm taking a different approach to guilt-free Thanksgiving. I'm going to sit on my butt, while you run enough for both of us. Thus, my holiday is guilt-free.

Since I live in Vegas, the weather is supposed to be 70 degrees and sunny. Perfect day for a Thanksgiving "Century", followed by a run. No family here, so I might as well make good use of an extra day off!!!

LOL I was hoping you found a no intenstiy approach. O well I'll think of you while I"m cooking the next 3 days. On the plate training wise... Run Tues/Thurs Bike Wed. Swim Fri. So maybe I'll expend enough calories to indulge in the Homemade Key Lime Pie I'll be baking. OOO and the Pumpkin. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Have fun with all your workouts. I decided to do a trail run on Thursday morning, to take some of the pressure off of iabiker. So, I guess I'm in after all.

Just finished the second leg of the Turkey Trifecta. 8.2 miles in 01:02:00. Pretty casual pace for the first half. The second half got a little competitive. Tomorrow is 10 miles. That one the big dogs have already started calling it out as race day. Should be fun.

I just keep thinking that beer, football and pumpkin pie will all be better knowing I did my work in advance.

Thanks Skavoovie for helping me out on the challenge. I was getting lonely with the challenge.
