Subject: RE: Fat Massacre - Week 0 - Super Bon Bons!Hi guys! I just joined the challenge and am the newest member of the Super Bon Bons! (Gee, never thought I would refer to myself as a Bon bon!) My name is Sonya and I live in Atlanta, Georgia. (Now home to the world's largest aquarium as of 11/23/05) I am married and have two beautiful girls ages 4 and 6. I have been a stay at home mother with a part-time job at a restaurant for a while. I am in the midst of getting a real estate license. I got interested in Triing last year, but didn't think I could do it. Registered for the Danskin Orlando in an effort to motivate myself - you know - paid the $$ now work out! I worked out some, but not like I should have. I did do the Danskin and finished although I was VERY slow. Then fell off the exercise horse, stopped even thinking about exercise. I did walk the Peachtree here in Atlanta on July 4 (10k about 50,000 people or so) but that is about it. Now I want to try again - exercising and losing weight so that I can do Danskin again in May and do it faster. My goal for the challenge is 12 pounds. My current weight is 215.6 (this morning) down from 227 about a month ago. So my goal weight will be 204. I don't have any measurements or BMI, if I can figure it out, I will post it. I have not been using the exercise log here but will try to start. Thanks for letting me join. - S |
