THere is nothing like a good McFat sandwich. Don't believe me, just watch Supersize Me. It's in the video stores. After watching that movie, it became real hard to got o the golden arches.

I like it. I only wish the "rib" in McRib is bigger. The sauce is mildy tangy and BBQ-y. I think they put onion on it as well, which is a nice touch. It's a pretty small sandwich (not those triple whopper type), so I don't think it's going to impede your performance by a lot. Just skip the fries.

I am a McD fan. I enjoy going to a McD in foreign countries to try out items that are not available in the US. I remember I had McFlurry in Vancouver before it was available in the US!

We watched Supersize Me this past Friday night. I wanted to apologize to my kids for ever taking them there. Granted it was one-sided and inflammatory, but then again it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. It just made what I already knew impossible to ignore.

I haven't eaten at MCDonalds since 1990. It is a badge I wear with honor, and plan to keep...

and that is the power of the consumer. im so sick of people expecting the comaies to "do what is right" we have our choice as consumers and YOU choose to not support THAT company! its like the thing over the Vioxx, its not the pharmacuticals job to decide what is safe... that is for the FDA! companies have no morals except "make as much money as possible!"

I agree. I am amazed at how we need regulation by the gov't on EVERYTHING! If it isn't smoking, fast food, food portions, Janet Jackson's boob, whatever... we need to have it regualted and filtered. We all have the power to turn the knob, or regulate ourselves. When we die prematurely, only we are responsible. If we all train and race, and ultimately lead healthy, long lives, it had nothing to do with teh Fed. Gov't increasing our life expectancy.

I rarely eat any fast food, but I'm not boycotting it. In fact I had a whole bunch of McNuggets. I ran past a McDonalds and could smell them cooking. It had been about 8 years since I last had them, but I just started craving them.
