Subject: Merging plans I've looked everywhere I thought I might find an answer to this question and came up short... I'm doing a half mary on May 7th, and then my first tri (not an A race ) is on May 21st. Is there anyway I can download both the 20 week half mary plan, and the beginner sprint plan (both gold versions ), and edit them in excel, and then upload them into my planned training (edited version )? I want to be able to merge them together and form some sort of planned training so that I'll be ready for both races. |
