Any other Canadians looking to join us Crazy Canucks for the February Run Challenge?

If you can't open the document try this, it worked for me. Save the file to your computer and then rename it to add ".xls" to after febuary. For some reason it downloads with out the file extension on there and your computer wont recognize it as an excel file unless you rename it properly.

My Race Log

Okay - it needs a bit of tweeking (i.e. the heading is a tad long) but for those of you who don't have Excel you can at least view the spreadsheet.

nice spreadsheet   Love the header.. its my fav part.

Well, this should help to keep me on track with my 1/2 marathon training...  Nothing like the potential shame, of letting complete strangers down, to get you out the door!

I absolutely agree!!! Why live shame all alone when a whole internet community can see it!! kicks my **s in gear!

The challenge week ends on Sundays so please have your running logs entered as soon as you can on or before Sunday. I will be adjusting the spreadsheet as I had originally ended my week on Saturdays (like a Calendar). In the long run it doesn't matter but on for weekly totals it would.

Run on...

Here's the updated spreadsheet adjusted so that the week ends on Sundays.
