Real estate tax attorney needed - seriously

My family needs a real estate tax attorney in the los angeles area. We don't want to randomly pick one out of the yellow pages, some random tax message board, or random internet site. So I told them I might know a place to find one. I don't want to give to much info but here enough to understand the situation (a hypothetical in 3rd person). A child wants to buy a house and 50% of the down payment will be provided by a family trust (which he is not apart of, his parents are). 50% down in california, you can imagine it's in the hundreds of thousands. I won't say the exact amount but it will be several hundred thousands. As people know, this is way beyond the min amount to avoid the gift tax (you can imagine it would be alot for hundreds of thousand $ loan), so in order to avoid it, we want to write up a personal loan and/or contract for the 50% down between the trust and child. That personal loan/contract will probably flag the IRS. We need help. Please PM me or provide some contact information. Or I guess if no one knows one, if they have been in this situation.
